Shagufta has done Masters in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. She has over seventeen years of experience of customer services, sales, marketing, public relations and HR. She is a dynamic, result-oriented professional with over a decade of broad-based sales and management experience.
She is highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record of leadership and hands-on experience in all facets of sales, marketing and HR management. She has a proven record for increasing sales, exceeding targets and increased productivity by excellent forward planning, problem solving, and strong decision-making skills.
She has expertise in public relations, quality customer services and a commitment to excel which combines to consistently deliver enhanced productivity and increased profitability. She is an out-of-box thinker with visionary leadership strengths and a resourceful team player characterized by innovative entrepreneurial spirit.
She has been involved in developing business plan and marketing strategy that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
Zareen is an experienced financial professional with over 12 years of rich experience in Pakistan and the Middle East in the areas of accounting, audit, compliance, internal & financial controls and taxation. She has been associated with the foreign bank, various multinationals and PricewaterhouseCoopers at senior levels. She completed her articles from PricewaterhouseCoopers Pakistan in Audit & Assurance Services. Thereafter she moved to Tax & Legal Advisory Services and worked within this division for over 6 years holding different positions with a portfolio of banks, oil & gas concerns and FMCGS. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (USA).
Muhammad Zain is Sr. Manager Operations for HCMS Global Private Limited, responsible for the management of all HR affairs for the company; Zain joined HCMS Global Private Limited in December 2014.
In his role as Sr. Manager Operations, Zain oversees a team of HCMS Global Private Limited in Sind and Punjab. He is responsible for the negotiation with customers, third party suppliers and vendor contracts, litigation management, compliance, employment law and all other HR related areas. Zain also plays an active role in HCMS Global Private Limited's overall management and the business affairs and strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining HCMS Global Private Limited, Zain was associated with HRS Global.

Navaid Shahid is HR Executive for HCMS Global Private Limited and responsible for managing 3PC employee’s payroll management, their bank accounts setup and queries from all over the locations, he also managing employee’s personal data for 3PC staff. Before HCMS Global Navaid was associated with Allianz EFU Health Insurance on senior position. Navaid Shahid has done his MBA from Iqra University.
