Shagufta Awan
Chief Executive

Shagufta has done Masters in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. She has over seventeen years of experience of customer services, sales, marketing, public relations and HR. She is a dynamic, result-oriented professional with over a decade of broad-based sales and management experience.

She is highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record of leadership and hands-on experience in all facets of sales, marketing and HR management. She has a proven record for increasing sales, exceeding targets and increased productivity by excellent forward planning, problem solving, and strong decision-making skills.
She has expertise in public relations, quality customer services and a commitment to excel which combines to consistently deliver enhanced productivity and increased profitability. She is an out-of-box thinker with visionary leadership strengths and a resourceful team player characterized by innovative entrepreneurial spirit.
She has been involved in developing business plan and marketing strategy that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.

Zareen Anwar
Finance / Accounts Officer

Zareen is an experienced financial professional with over 12 years of rich experience in Pakistan and the Middle East in the areas of accounting, audit, compliance, internal & financial controls and taxation. She has been associated with the foreign bank, various multinationals and PricewaterhouseCoopers at senior levels. She completed her articles from PricewaterhouseCoopers Pakistan in Audit & Assurance Services. Thereafter she moved to Tax & Legal Advisory Services and worked within this division for over 6 years holding different positions with a portfolio of banks, oil & gas concerns and FMCGS. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (USA).

Muhammad Zain
Payroll Specialis

Muhammad Zain is Sr. Manager Operations for HCMS Global Private Limited, responsible for the management of all HR affairs for the company; Zain joined HCMS Global Private Limited in December 2014. 
In his role as Sr. Manager Operations, Zain oversees a team of HCMS Global Private Limited in Sind and Punjab. He is responsible for the negotiation with customers, third party suppliers and vendor contracts, litigation management, compliance, employment law and all other HR related areas. Zain also plays an active role in HCMS Global Private Limited's overall management and the business affairs and strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining HCMS Global Private Limited, Zain was associated with HRS Global.
Muhammad Zain has master degree from Business School, University Of Karachi.

Naveed Shahid
Key Accounts Executive

Navaid Shahid is HR Executive for HCMS Global Private Limited and responsible for managing 3PC employee’s payroll management, their bank accounts setup and queries from all over the locations, he also managing employee’s personal data for 3PC staff. Before HCMS Global Navaid was associated with Allianz EFU Health Insurance on senior position. Navaid Shahid has done his MBA from Iqra University.

Mahrukh Anwar
Training & Business Development Specialist
Mahrukh is a consistent in approach individual. She is very enthusiastic and energetic to perform with the bottom line in mind of the outcome as a trainer and IT consultant. Mahrukh holds a Master’s degree from Karachi University in English Literature. Certificate in Professional Studies in Education from Bradford College, U.K., plus completed her diploma course in ICT with distinction from Cambridge University. She groomed herself with knowledge throughout her career, by attending various seminars, National and International workshops conducted by Aga Khan University, Institute for Educational Development, TRG, BSS, Foundation Public School and NESA in education and implemented that knowledge in schools like Foundation Public School, Beaconhouse School System, City School (PAF) Chapter and Head Start School System. Mahrukh is also providing her expertise to HCMS Global in the field of Training and Development. She knows the responsibilities of her position. She achieved a Certificate for Superior Achievement and Excellence of Performance. She has also been member of the evaluation team. Mahrukh developed, organized and coordinated Training Programmes. Few workshops conducted by Mahrukh include: Developing Positive Attitude, Declutter & Perform Better, Learning Styles, Multiple Intelligences and Effective Strategies.
Ayesha Mirza
Recruitment / Executive Search Specialist
Ayesha Mirza is the Human Resources Executive for HCMS Global Private Limited. In this role, Ayesha oversees the human resources recruitment functions since January 2015. She has responsibility for enhancing the employee experience, increasing employee engagement, and developing people and talent management strategies to bring HCMS Global Private Limited to the next level.bPrior to joining HCMS Global Private Limited, Ayesha most recently served as HR Executive at EMARR Pakistan. She holds a master’s degree from the Karachi University.
Fatima Ahmed
IT Specialist
Fatima Ahmed joined Human Capital Management Services in January 2015 as Marketing Executive. She has marketing responsibility for all of HCMS Global Private Limited's human resource solution business in Pakistan. Fatima is a proven business person with a record of helping one of the leading technology company which brings state-of-the art products to market. During her association with IBM she held a seminar of senior management, including Deputy Governor State Bank of Pakistan, Senior Vice President of marketing and Head of Business Strategies of Govt. of Japan, Senior Vice President of leading Bank in Pakistan, Head of HR of Cellular Industry and many others.
Sarwat Khan
Recruitment Specialist
Sarwat Khan taking care of recruitment at HCMS Global Private Limited, she has an exposure to multi Industrial cultures throughout her professional journey of 13 years. Worked with Citibank Merchant Sales business country wide, Marriott Karachi Front Office as Guest Relations Manager, Gerry’s in the capacity of GSA Manager, also associated with DHL as Claim Manager, and had country wide exposure & recently was working for Naya Jeevan as Member Services Manager. She is dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic in her performance, especially to execute multi tasks single highhandedly and also as a team player. Sarwat took care of customer oriented and services positions on managerial level. She also gained experience of rolling out workshops and training at Unilever, Sanofi, Philips to name a few out of 48 via her liaison with Naya Jeevan which was a not for profit micro insurance company. Sarwat has done her Masters in Science from Home Economics College where her majors were Guidance and Counseling plus Research.
Sameed Zaidi
Client Handling / Training & Development
Sameed is the Human Resources Executive for HCMS Global Private Limited. Sameed has joined HCMS in April 2015. At HCMS Sameed is managing employee relation and handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to salary, leaves, attendance, and transfer etc. He explains various policies, strategies and benefits to employees. On the other side, also looking after the IT HR Operations, along with Training and Development – to support clients for on Job trainings. He also handles Employee Database (both in soft form and files management) leaves and attendance management.Joining formalities of employees. Handling the payroll managing advance salary, Ad Hoc bonuses, loans, confirmations, performance appraisals and performance management.
